Crystal Lake Healthcare and Rehabilitation is a 235-bed facility located on Lakeside Blvd., in Bayville, NJ.

We provide long-term skilled nursing care and short-term post-acute rehabilitation. We receive patients from area hospitals, including Community Medical Center, Ocean Medical Center, Barnabas Behavioral Health, Ancora Hospital and Ivystone Hospital.
